Description of intervention(s) / exposure
According to the subject distribution;
It was played for 1 hour, once a week for 14 weeks. Implemented session attendance checklists under lecturer supervision. Introduction to Anatomy 20 cards, 20 cards, the most widely used medical terms, the motion system is 20 cards, and the Extremity bones of the axial skeleton the bones of 40 cards, 25 cards joint system, circulatory system, the heart and the arterial system 40, card, 40 the venous circulation and the lymphatic system, card system Nov 40, card, digestive system 40, card, respiratory system 40, card, 40 of the urinary system, card, reproductive system 40, card, endocrine system 40, card, Central nervous system 40 cards with Peripheral nervous system, sensory organs, so it will be a total of 30 card, 467 card has been prepared.
The students of the experimental group will be asked to follow the following rules by playing the taboo game created with that topic every week after the lesson:
1. A person from the research team comes with a set of playing cards in his hand and starts the game.
2. Students have one minute to guess as many terms as possible.
3. Another person who is on the research team is next to the student to make sure that he does not use the words “taboo” and to save time.
4. A student cannot skip terms right away when defining words. If the student is experiencing a certain difficulty, someone from the team can help. The student can move to the next one only after the allotted time (~ 10-15 seconds).
Anatomy course is a course that is taught for 14 weeks (One Semester) and a different topic is explained every week. Below is the 14-week plan:
1. Introduction to anatomy, the most used medical terms
2. Introduction to the movement system, axial skeletal bones
3. Extremity bones, Joint system
4. Circulatory system, heart and arterial system
5. Venous circulation, lymphatic system
6. Musculature
7. The digestive System and its organs
8. Respiratory system and organs
9. Urinary System and organs
10. Female and male reproductive system and organs
11. Endocrine System
12. Central nervous system
13. Peripheral nervous system
14. Sensory organs and Literature reading
Both the control group (Konya-Nursing 1. Class) as well as the experimental group (Seydisehir-Nursing 1. Class) takes the course with the same credit from the same instructor.
Before the taboo game, a sociodemographic information form and an exam anxiety inventory will be applied to both groups. Together with the experimental group, the taboo game prepared on this topic will be played after the topic covered every week. The cards prepared about the subject are written next to each subject. after the end of the 14-week fall semester, the exam anxiety inventory will be used again and the final grades of the anatomy course will be reviewed.

Test Anxiety Inventory (TAI): the period between 1974 and 1979, examination and evaluation of work by Spielberger and students about the negative thoughts and feelings in order to measure was developed and published in 1980. SKE was adapted into Turkish by Albayrak-Kaymak (1985) and Öner (1990). There are two different sub-dimensions measuring the dimensions of emotionality (emotionality) and worry (worry) in the "TAI", which consists of a total of 20 items. The delusion sub-dimension of the inventory includes 8 items and these are 2,3,4,5,8,12,17 and 20. They are substances. The affectivity dimension is measured with 12 items, these are 1,6,7,9,10,11,13,14,15,16,18 and 19". The inventory is rated in 4" likert type ("almost never", "sometimes", "often" and "almost always"). Inventory points are obtained for each item according to the marked option. From the marked options, the answer "almost never" is calculated as 1 point, the answer ""sometimes"" is calculated as 2 points, the answer ""often""is calculated as 3 points, the answer ""almost always"" is calculated as 4 points. Only 1 in the inventory. The item is the opposite item and its scoring is done in reverse. 1 Of the inventory. In the article ""almost never"" the answer receives 4 points, and in descending order, 1 point is given in the answer ""almost always"".
As a result of the application, 3 types of points are calculated from the TAI in the form of delusion (TAI – K), affectivity (TAI – D) and all test (TAI – T) score. Delusion inventory that can be obtained from the lowest sub-dimension scores and the highest delusion 8 sub-dimension score is 32, duyussallik low sub-dimension scores of 12, the highest duyussallik sub-dimension scores 48", and the lowest Test score in all 20, the highest of all the test score is 80. If the score level obtained from the inventory is high, the level of delusion, affectivity and exam anxiety is also assessed as high (Öner, 1990, 1997). Reliability and validity studies of the "TAI" translated into Turkish have also been carried out. The Envaterin Cronbach Alpha value of KR-20 for the entire test.the test retest method coefficients for the entire test, which is 87.with 90 .it has been reported that it varies between 70 (Decer, 1990,1997). The Cronbach alpha value of the scale obtained by the item-total test score correlations technique did not fall below 0.46 and 0.43 for all 45 tests; Pearson Product-of-Moments correlation coefficients as a result of the test-retest reliability study.with 70 .it has been found among 90 (Decer, 2012).

Randomization and Blinding:
In the study, the experimental group was Necmettin Erbakan University Seydisehir Kamil Akkanat Faculty of Health Sciences Nursing department 1. The students of the class, the control group Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Nursing 1. The class will be composed of students. The class lists will be used depending on the list order taken from the school. Random.org according to the randomization table made from, assignments will be made from the class lists. Try ygurthis ”X” control group will be called ”Y".
Blinding: the groups will be called “X“ and ”Y" and sent to an independent statistician, the statistician will be blinded, the teaching staff conducting the Anatomy lesson will be blinded, the person preparing the randomization table and the control group will be blinded. In order for the control group to be blinded, this group was planned to be from another faculty. The experimental group and the researchers were not blinded
In order to prevent bias and ensure confidentiality during the randomization phase, randomization will be performed by a statistical specialist other than the researchers. The instructor who describes the lesson in both groups will not know who is in the experimental and who is in the control group. The analysis of the coded data in terms of groups will be carried out by a statistician. After the statistical analyzes are performed and the research report is written, the coding for the intervention and control group will be explained. Thus, blinding will be provided in terms of collecting and reporting research data. Randomization was performed according to the class list ranking.
